This site mostly intended for foreign visitors or local people who are planning to go out of this country. Entering this shop, you have to show your passport and the ticket for the trip. The purchased goods cannot be taken out directly, but are returned at the airport prior to departure. Besides the imported goods, the Duty Free Shop also displays local souvenirs which are used in a performance in a concept called Experiencing Bali. Visitors will definitely be entranced by the exotic atmosphere of Bali while entering this area.

On the second floor is Ema Restaurant, which serves Chinese Food, as well as the Jali-Jali Restaurant, which serves Indonesian cuisine of an international quality. This main building is also completed with the Jamu-Jamu Spa and 5 travel agent offices offering a range of services to make visitors more comfortable during their vacation.
